Room for Rent in Two-Bedroom House

I own and live in this home. I am renting the unfurnished master-bedroom which has its own private full bathroom and large walk-in closet. The rent is 950 and there is a 200 security deposit. No animals are allowed. I will rent to a single occupant only one who is clean quiet professional one who will not disturb my peace and harmony with drama erratic behavior drug and or alcohol abuse. I don t have or attend loud parties or spend my time in bars or nightclubs. I am looking to rent to someone with similar ideals.
