Flooring installation company looking for someone with a positive proactive approach to their work and to fulfill the role of Office Coordinator while embodying the Keller Interiors Purpose To build relationships and faithfully serve people in their home projects through an impactful positive attitude and differentiated quality experience. Daily Process Activities Review email and respond accordingly Job contract verification Reconcile contract against job measure Manually enter contracts not auto-generated Close out invoices billing Attach certification of completion to all billing Prepare installer work packets Run reports System clean up reports Past due overdue reports A R Receive and tag carpets and enter BOL (as needed) Phone Customer Service First point of contact for customer store phone calls Answer questions if possible Make notes of call in customer file Field questions to appropriate department Make day before customer confirmation calls Survey call (as needed) Call customer day of or day after installation Order and maintain office supply The job hours are from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Flooring installation knowledge is a definite bonus. Please make sure to include a resume.
