Must sell need money for housing.

1994 Honda Civic very clean I just recently got all new tires I had it alignment and the engine was running excellent. I am not sure what occurred but my timing belt broke. I already had a mechanic check if any other parts were dammaged and it appears to be fine. I am not going to be able to fix it due to current loss of housing and am currently homeless. I am going to sell it as is to a serious buyer. The interior is in excellent condition very clean so is the engine no oil leak it has an Acura Integra engine with only 130 k miles. Tags are due till next year. Excellent gas saver.
