EHR EMR Project Manager Provide project management and clinical systems expertise for EHR system to achieve successful completion and delivery of project on schedule and within budget. Provide overall project leadership and direction to project team and Chief Operating Officer for migration to new EHR system. Develop and manage project plans track and communicate project and deliverable status ensure that project scope and requirements are documented and well understood by project team and business stakeholders balance schedule scope budget and resources to ensure optimal project outcomes effectively manage risks issues and escalations communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and effectively manage change and user expectations. Utilize knowledge of information technology and healthcare business needs to develop and deploy a forward looking technology solutions that align with strategic directions and enhance the delivery of healthcare. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years experience leading and managing clinical application projects in a hospital clinical environment. Experience managing EHR EMR implementation. Prefer experience with eClinicalWorks implementation Experience working with physicians and other clinicians to provide and support solutions that enhance efficiency and improve access to patient information. Experience in leading design and implementation activities for new clinical applications. Project management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking and innovation skills. Organization and problem solving skills. Strong working knowledge and understanding of computer technology specifically clinical applications. Leverages knowledge and prior experience to develop appropriate solutions. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Strong customer service attitude and skills. Leverages knowledge of and trains team members in project management methodology skills and tools. Clinical background and PMP designation desired.
