Receive and distribute written correspondence via mail FedEx and UPS. Maintain office breakroom organization and supplies making sure all necessary office supplies are stocked and organized. Operate office equipment such as fax machines copiers or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. Create maintain and enter information into databases. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
