We are a Senior Age Couple who have an unfurnished bedroom available for rent. We are low key and quiet and mostly stay to ourselves. We are seeking a professional straight male or female who has the same temperament as we have. No smokers or drugs usage You must clean after yourself in the kitchen and in the bathroom. You must have your own fridge in your bedroom. You can move in anytime after Nov. 15 2013.. The rent will be 110 per week or 440 per month. When you move in you must pay a non refundable deposit of 110 plus the first week s rent of 110. You must be able to pay your agreed rent on time without delay You must be responsible for your own upkeep of your bedroom and willing to share the bathroom & kitchen privileges.
