Couple seeking single family home.

We are a couple in our 40 s with 3dogs and recommendations from former landlords and referrals for our character. We are seeking a 3br home with fenced in yard if possible. We have always upgraded the homes we have stayed in and made them very nice. We both have several skills from yard repair to home repair. We have photos of before and after as well of the homes we have lived in. We recently vacationed here and would love to relocate to the area. Monthly rent can be 1000 or less. and we dont mind repairing the house if it is needed. We are seeking long term at the moment and are not interested in buying.
