ORDINANCE NO. 2013-20 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BULLHEAD CITY ARIZONA AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF BULLHEAD CITY ARIZONA (Z05-017 AMENDMENT 3). BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Bullhead City Arizona as follows Section 1 The parcels of land lying within the boundaries of Bullhead City Mohave County Arizona described as Laughlin Ranch Tract 5090 Parcel E and Laughlin Ranch Tract 5127 Tracts G H and I was hereby reclassified from R1L-D6 (Residential Single Family Limited with a density of 6 000 sq-ft of land per unit) to C2 (General Commercial) subject to compliance with the schedule of development set forth in Ordinance No s 2005-64 and 2008-33 and 2009-34 and Stipulation Number five of Ordinance No. 2009-34 is hereby amended to read as follows 5....
