1 Room for rent in a 3 2 house in NE San Antonio. Fenced yard. Quiet street. Room has queen bed dresser and bookcase. You can paint the room Share common areas including bathroom but I will clean the bathroom and maintain most of the cleaning of house. All I ask is you clean up after yourself. No smoking inside. House has DirecTV and WiFi. Washer and dryer are near bedrooms. Kitchen has gas stove and oven. I work a full time job and three part time jobs. You would need to show proof of employment. Plus have first and last months rent (or full first months rent and 250 deposit). We can work on deposit details. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year is necessary. You will sign a rental agreement. Please have personal references and work references. Minimum 30 day notice is required. I am pretty chill and have friends over. You can to as long as you re respectful. Thank you for your interest.
