I am looking for a senior female who doesn t want to live alone and would like to homeshare. I have two rooms to rent. One has a brand new bed and small dresser the other room right next to it can be a sitting room. It has a sofa couch recliner and small folding table. for those times when you just want your own space. Your own private bath right by the two rooms. Use of kitchen also washer and dryer.and main livingroom. I have internet but no cable. Parking in rear driveway or can park on roadside in front of house. Fenced in backyard can sit outside at night with small firepit. or barbecue. I have a old cat who is not used to other animals around so no pets. No smoking Supply own food cook for self must keep rooms and your private bath clean also clean up kitchen after cooking
