I m thinking of an arrangement that is very simple. I want to be able to use a room in someone s house for sleeping purposes only. I would come in after 9 00 PM and leave before 7 00 AM every day. Each night I want to be able to use your bathroom so that I can brush my teeth. And each morning I want to be able to use your bathroom so that I can take a shower. I won t be responsible for cleaning or maintaining anything and you won t see me outside of the agreed upon hours. I don t care whether or not you clean the bathroom. After all it s your house. I just don t want to be responsible for it. I prefer that the bedroom be furnished with a bed already. However it s not a deal-breaker if it s not.Price is negotiable but because of my limited access I don t want to pay a lot. Nothing more than 200 per month.Also I don t smoke. Therefore it s important that I be able to sleep without smelling it. For this reason I prefer that you be non-smoking also.Anything closest to downtown Kalamazoo is a huge bonus since that is where I spend most of my time. There will also be times when I won t even show up to use the room since I tend to leave town. I m simply too busy for a full-time apartment.Thank you for your time.
