Assistant - Legal Recruiting The candidate will support Legal Recruiting Department (LRD) personnel with all aspects of attracting and hiring the best law students. Day-to-day responsibilities are varied and range from representing the firm to law students to updating candidate related databases. Coordinate candidate books and OCI binders during recruitment season. Provide administrative support such as scanning copies distributions invitation rsvps nametags schedule cards. Support all summer programming activities including working at events facilitating meetings logistics etc. Meet greet and escort candidates to their interviewers hiring partners. Backup all LRD on phone coverage including for callback appointment booking and other duties. Enter track data in PeopleSoft. Handle special projects as needed. Provide administrative support for lateral hiring as needed. Support LRD throughout recruitment process including OCI. Proofread correspondence. College degree is required. Law firm paralegal experience is a plus. Excellent PC skills are required especially Excel.
