This awesome Surf City oceanview cottage with double decks is a great choice for your beach vacation. The cottage is located in a convenient location approximately 150 yards from the Atlantic Ocean. It has all the comforts of home. A playground is also within 2 short blocks. Since the cottage is only 1.8 miles from the center of Surf City restaurants gift shops bike boat rentals and the iga grocery are within walking distance. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a desireable reverse floor plan. All bedrooms have new pillow top bedding. The cottage also has new carpet. One bedroom one full bathroom open kitchen and connecting family room upstairs. There is also a double fouton in the family room upstairs for extra sleeping arrangements. The family room opens to the top deck with outdoor furniture.. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The two ocean view bedrooms open to a covered deck with outdoor furnishings. There is also a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer stocked with detergent. The rental also has wifi dvr and central heat and air. There is plenty of paved parking with room for your boat and up to 2 pets are always welcomed. There are 2 outdoor hot and cold showers with dressing areas outdoor sink for fish cleaning and a charcoal grill. Extras included in the price are use of beach chairs and boogie boards which are located in the downstairs storage area for guests. Linen and towels are also included at no extra charge. Departure cleaning is also included in the price. Early check in at 2 pm is a plus everyone loves Guests are out on the beach while everyone else is fighting the 3pm check in traffic.
