My Prices Under 1200 sq feet is 60 1200-1600 sq feet is 100 1600-1800 sq feet is 120 1800-2200 sq feet is 140 2200-2600 sq feet is 160 2600-2800 sq feet is 180 2800-3200 sq feet is 200 3200-3600 sq feet is 220 3600-3800 sq feet is 240 Move out cleans are 150 ... however if the house is extremely messy price could vary. These prices are not per house but for the whole clean. My Duties include but are not limited to Washing walls baseboards etc Kitchen includes fridge stove washing cupboards floors counters and sinks Bathrooms includes toilet floors mirrors showers bath tubs Vacuuming Mopping Dusting Making Beds Laundry When contacting me for cleaning please make sure to tell me if you want everything in my ad done or just certainthings.
