Yogurty s Presotea is now hiring for the Markham Uptown Location on 3987 Highway 7 East . With this store expanding to include Bubble Tea we are looking for dynamic energetic outgoing self-motivated individuals who can contribute to a team. (Ideal Candidate will have Bubble tea experience) Title Team Member Department Operations Availability daytime evening shifts Reporting Relationship Shift Manager - General Manager Primary Role Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and quality products. A Team Member functions primarily as the main connection between Presotea Yogurty s and the customer. Essential Functions General Deliver the ultimate customer service experience and impressions of the Presotea Yogurty s brand Able to clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all customers Responsible for customer product and service standards Foster an environment of team work Maintain exceptional customer service metric scores Communicates clearly concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations. Follow all company operations policies and procedures Customer Service Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer in store experience Execute customer service standards Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact Recommend appropriate product to meet customer s needs Enhance customer experience through engagement and sampling Operations Execute quality store operations Clean blenders small wares merchandise and physical plant as necessary Must be able to operate food preparation machinery Stocking of all supplies Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner Adhere to all Presotea Yogurty s food safety and security guidelines while respecting Presotea Yogurty s property Master station operations of the store. Successfully complete the Yogurty s store and company policy trainings Business Management Provide a healthy consistent product Consistently make and serve all Presotea Yogurty s products to specifications Follows health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products Executes proper portion control with all ingredients Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to Presotea Yogurty s cash handling policies Requirements Must be 16 years of age Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts Ability to stand bend reach and scoop through-out assigned shift Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40 F to -10
