We require a 125 non - refundable deposit and the first week s rent of 125. We will need a copy of your GA ID card or your GA Driver s License. You must be a non smoker low key in temperament and willing to clean up behind yourself in your bedroom the shared bathroom and in the shared kitchen. We also request that you have your own apartment sized fridge. Also no pets. We are located on a bus line and very near to the Scott Candler Library.
