Pet Friendly Home & Neighborhood I have two very sweet cats. Sweet Pea who is 13 and stays out of your way and Beau who will be 7 in July who loves to interact at times with friends and guest. I m okay with smokers smoking is permitted on the back patio. Room 10 x 12 with closet space with main bathroom just a few steps outside your door. Furnished with a Queen Size Double Stacked Air Mattress that sleeps very well better than my own bed. D Also have a queen full queen size futon in upstairs loft area to accommodate an extra guest. I am willing to rent the room month to month or on a lease and you can move your on furnishings in to the room. House 3br 2.5 ba 2 - story room with open liiving dinning kitchen area and upstairs living room loft area. Beautiful back yard. Backyard Patio is Covered with outdoor ceiling fan. Neighborhood Quiet and Safe friendly neighbors. Large Park near by to jog or walk around for exercise. Location Within minutes of dinning entertainment high -tech Area HP DELL IBM etc. 15mi to Downtown Austin 15 mi to UT within a a short hour drive to the Ft. Hood Killeen area. 1.5 hours from San Antonio Texas. Austin Metro is about 10 minute walk away from house on the backside of the neighborhood off Wells Branch Parkway West which will take you to the tech ridge drive transfer center to pick up transfers every where. House is located about a 30 minute drive from Austin Bergstrom International Airport
