Men s western boots

I have a pair of Santa Fe boots foe t sale.I purchased them on-line and they were mis marked size wise. Their marked 12-M but I can not get them past the upper shaft.I believe their going to be either a 12-B or C.Their brown color with stitching.They have small square toes with snip toe soles (see pics) These boots might be a women s boot.I m disabled and just want to recover what I spent for them. If you want their measurments please let me know and I will get them A.S.A.P.The boots are in real good shape and have many miles left on them.
