We need to sell our camp. We are building another one close by. It is approx 4 miles south of Hackberry La. on Joe s Cove. The address is 132 Julia if you would like to street view. The structure is 24 by 30 under roof with half of this enclosed for living. Also has a deck on front facing east. The other half is being used for boat storage and is tall enough for a boat with a tee top. This half of camp can easily be taken in for living due to the way camp is built. Boat storage is pull through so you don t have to back in. Also a pavillion with half closed in with freezer washer and dryer. The other half of pavillion is open for fish cleaning and cooking. Camp is properly elevated and permitted. All permitting is filed with the Cameron Parish Police Jury and all of this paperwork is transferrable to a new owner. Good neighbors. Don t have to worry about any stealing. Some of the neighbors live here. Boat launch is within sight of the camp.City water and sewer is properly approved.
