Maintenance Technician Come join our team MEB is seeking a reliable and experienced individual for this Part Time position. Maintenance Tech will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of this property. This involves insuring a safe secure and comfortable living environment for residents visitors and staff. Must be proficient in all areas of maintenance to include plumbing electrical HVAC EPA Certified painting turns pools and appliances.
