We have 11 locations around the Oklahoma City Metro including Edmond Yukon Midwest City Del City and Okemah. Visit our website to apply www.eexpresscorp.com ApplicantForm.php JOB DESCRIPTION -This position invoices completed work to our customers -The clerk will be responsible for verifying inventory usage -The clerk verifies pricing and discounts -Assist in the reconciliation of inventory -Mails and files completed jobs -Journal Entries -Month End Closes -Daily weekly and monthly account reconciliation -Process Account Receivables and Payable -Prepare audit schedules -Resolve Accounting inconsistencies -Process and Document Payments -Communicates with our field personnel and management on an as needed basis This is not a complete list of duties and others may be assigned for the position JOB REQUIREMENTS -At least 1 year experience in accounting clerk role (A P A R Billing) -Must have a solid understanding of Excel -Ability to multi-task on a daily basis -Ability to follow directions both verbal and written -Previous experience working with computers and comfortable in the navigation of programs -Operation of basic office machines such as copier fax scanner telephone postage meter etc. -Team Player -The person for this position should be able to work in a group environment as well as communicating effectively via electronic means -The person should understand deadlines - M-F 8 00 a.m. to 5 00 p.m. (occasional Saturdays) Serious applicants ONLY MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MUST SUBMIT A RESUME For consideration please visit the website at www.eexpresscorp.com ApplicantForm.php to fill out an online application.
