Need help with check

I just found out that I was involved in a class action suit when I received 2 checks in the mail. Since my employment is a live in position I do not have bank account room and board is pay. I receive small amount of cash but not enough to open account and pay fees each month for being under balance. Anytime I had a check to cash I went to a check cashing place has not been a problem until last week. I am on file there and they even have my picture on file. While I was there she wanted my ID when I realized I guess I lost it even though I am on file she gave me some song and dance. Go to DMV to replace license with everything needed but because I lost my valid ID she could not do anything. So after an aggravating week and a half I am at this point I will pay 100.00 if someone could possibly cash my checks. One is for 178.80 and the other is 445.99 I can provide documentation of valid suit information and provide phone number listed with paperwork. Thank you in advance. Right now i would just settle for the small check being cashed
