Operations Manager/Landscape Foreman

We are a successful and growing Regional Grounds Maintenance Company who services both large and small corporate clients across multiple states. We are offering a unique opportunity for someone who possesses a blend of landscape maintenance experience yet also has the ability to interact with our professional clients and service partners. We maintain high-touch quality relationships where customer service and professionalism are first and foremost. We want someone who is hungry to WOW our clients and has that fire in the belly to surpass our customers expectations. We are seeking an individual with landscape management and snow removal experience with a clean driving record. Current pesticide herbicide applicators license and other certifications are also a plus. Experience in the safe operation of power tools hand tools and other equipment used in the maintenance of landscapes as well as experience estimating landscape repair renovation and construction is required. But more importantly it is critical to have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management as well as possess excellent people skills to motivate and set the pace for the crew. This means a hands-on person not afraid to get their hands dirty but also comfortable in building professional relationships with our clients.
