Older Mobile Home for sale in the Covington Georgia Area This home was manufactured in the 70 s so it has the panaling on the walls as did everything back in those days The house is older and it needs some work I have replaced most of the floors as I lived here I do not have the specifics on this home so much of this is guessing but it is an educated guess since I have done construction all my life It is a smaller Mobile Home but what you cannot see from the front of it is that it has a large addition on the back from the factory that is the master bed room Anyway it is a 3 bedroom 1 bath I have done most of the work that needs to be done on the trailer One of the thing I started to do was replace all the screens on the windows I got as far as taking down the trim and I stopped for no good reason so that has to be done And there are spots that need chalking and some minor odds and ends to be done The park this trailer is in is very very quite We don t have any problems in here It is about 85% hispanic and very nice people This would be a good home for a single man like me or a couple because of the size of it. So here we are it needs some work Lot rent in this park is 290.00 a month I want 2000.00 CASH for the home Where else are you gonna get a decent place to live for that price So call me and check it out.
