I have one room available for sublease in my beautiful apartment. The apartment is located less than a block from the 1 train (137th-City College). The room is located at the back of the building so escapes the noise of traffic. It is a very spacious room for one person. The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if you have your own furnishings. There is a large built in closet to store all your belongings in also. You will have a shared bathroom with two other roommates there is a shower tube and storage space for your toiletries. The apartment has wireless internet and cable. The apartment building has laundry bike storage and a gym. The rent of 1 100 includes the monthly payment for the room amenities and all utilities. One months security deposit and one months rent is expected on your move in date. Rent is to be paid on the first day of every month.
