Looking to rent room in either nice quiet House or Apartement in Burbank Studio City Toulca Lake Valley village Sherman Oaks or North Hollywood by July 1st. I am a professional Bartender working in a Country Club for 2 years and I am also a writer. I am clean quiet and responsible. looking to pay up to 660 plus utilities included. I work 30-35 hours per week and in my free time working either on my book going to gym or reading. I am a low key and easily to get along with. I live a very simple life and would like someone of similar interests. Furnished room would be ideal but not necessary. Spacious enough for Full size bed and minimal furniture 300 sq ft.
