When we buy in bulk we can buy a pair of sandels a notebook and pencils for only 5 dollars and have a team take them to children who have practically nothing. Money for medical missions is always needed as there are many areas without doctors and we have people that will go on a medical mission trip when they have enough money for the supplies and their transportation as they go from Manila.
