The Human Resources organization has overall responsibility for the development and execution of strategies aimed at maximizing talent effectiveness through talent acquisition career development employee engagement and performance management. The organization includes both human resources generalists and specialists that work collaboratively with line leaders to execute business objectives. Our client is seeking an HR Client Manager to provide strategic leadership and human resources support to the team. The candidate will execute human resources initiatives and promote a high performance environment including employee engagement leadership effectiveness sourcing and staffing talent development compensation policy compliance and employee relations. The qualified candidate will have BS in Human Resources or related field 7 years of HR generalist experience supporting professional employees with role progression HR experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus Ability to work effectively and influence others in a diverse and dynamic work environment Knowledge of HR practices and policies and applicable state and federal laws Ability to understand interpret and easily communicate policies practices and code of ethics Excellent communication Advanced skills in MS Office This position is located in East Hartford CT and includes great benefits Apply today
