2 or 3 bedroom 2 bath house

We are currently remodeling a 2 bedroom (could be 3 due to the extra family room downstairs if the new homeowner chooses to use that as a bedroom) 2 bath home in Battle Creek. Once the home is complete we will be listing it for 50 000 with a realtor. If you decide to purchase this home before it gets listed with the realtor we will sell it for 40 000. We are hoping to have the remodeling done before the end of May. Currently the electrical has been fully re-done (we just paid 3 000) last week. On Friday a new furnace is being installed along with the venting and chimney lining ( 2 340 with a 10 year warranty on parts and 1 year warranty on labor which can easily be transferred to the new homeowner). New drywall and insulation is being put up in the 2 bedroom closets upstairs bathroom 2 upstairs other rooms (these are small rooms and can be used for extra storage or whatever the new homeowner chooses but a bit too small for bedrooms) and the kitchen. The drywall in the remaining rooms is in good condition (some newly replaced) but we will be painting. The plumbing is fairly new but that is still being inspected next week to make sure there are no issues before the drywall and insulation goes up. A new water line was recently put from the street to the house. The downstairs dining room living room family room (or bedroom) has wood floors which are in really good shape but we will be refinishing them so that they are not so dull. New ceramic tile floor is being put in the kitchen. The home has a full unfinished basement. We will be putting new carpet in the 2 bedrooms. The home has a 1 car detached garage with a fairly new garage door. Please do not contact me and ask about rent to own or land contracts. I have to go out of state this summer as my mother is having major surgery so I have to sell the home before I leave. If you are interested in seeing the home please contact us and we will be happy to show it. We will be available Monday through Friday anytime after 10am to show it we would prefer it to be before 5pm but if you are unable to do it before then due to work or school schedules with enough notice (24 hours as we have children at home) we will be more than happy to show it later up to 8pm. We prefer to not show it on weekends but if you absolutely can not make it during the week we will show it on the weekends.
