This person must be willing to relocate to the Escanaba area and his her background must be impeccable. Experience in the following areas preferred Server-based network (Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Server) serving thin clients primarily Multi-point wide area network Internet content filtering technology WPA wireless access points Windows 7 8 and XP Microsoft Office especially Outlook Excel and Word Terminal Services VPN VMWare Hyper-V VOIP-based phone systems Software application support Hardware support (printers PC s phones) Must be able to clearly communicate via phone and instant messaging with end users and vendors. Must have experience troubleshooting core services (i.e. file management printing internet phone).
