Private Self Defense or Karate lessons at your location

REGISTER NOW for either my 14 week Urban Self Defense course that includes street proven techniques to defend against unarmed and armed attackers -OR- my full Karate program of instruction from Beginner (white belt) through to Master rank (5th level black belt). Register now Learn the complete art of karate including forms sparring weapons breaking history ethics of self defense etc. I provide both courses on a private lesson basis. I will travel to appointments at your home or office. Weather permitting we can meet in a park. The 14 hour long Urban Self Defense course costs 25 per week (one hour per week). The full karate program is open ended and costs 100 per month (one hour per week). You recieve an hour long private lesson with an 8th degree black belt- Advanced Senior Master- each week. For children I suggest the karate course suitable for ALL ages from 6 through adults into their senior years. Please note that the self defense class is recommended for adults these techniques are NOT for children. URBAN SELF DEFENSE What USD is not. It is not a workout or exercise class for that I point you to the nearest fitness center or Zumba studio. It is not to build confidence in children so that they can handle bullies. These are serious techniques that are NOT suitable for children. It is not traditional karate although I am well and extensively trained in traditional karate. It is not submission fighting. It IS a serious system of personal combat designed to ingrain tactical habits of personal protection and unarmed techniques that WORK in real life personal combat situations. These are not techniques developed in a sporting ring. These are martial arts techniques developed over centuries for unarmed personal combat against foes intent on harming you. These are attitudes and techniques that have proven their worth in the streets. Adults from 18 into their active senior years can learn and use this system. You re not an athlete. You can t go several rounds in a fighting ring. You don t care about looking tough. You don t care about looking like an action film star. Your goal is the safety of your loved ones and yourself. You want what works. You want USD. Please note that locations outside a 10 mile radius of the bellflower area may be subject to an additional travel fee of 20 per lesson
