Just relax and rejuvenate every day as you watch sailboats drift by and dolphins play in the surf. Enjoy long walks along the beach and swim and play in the Pacific Ocean steps out your front door. Take a yoga class on the beach while watching and listening to the sound of the calming ocean waves or take an easy bike ride to Manhattan Beach or Marina del Rey. Watch the sunset after a perfect day at the beach or walk down the street to enjoy the local restaurants in the little sleepy beach town of Playa del Rey known for its solitude and small town feel. Close to the many attractions in Los Angeles enjoy a day of exploring and sightseeing. Los Angeles Intl airport is just 10 minutes away. You will be only 10 minutes to Marina del Rey or Manhattan Beach 20 minutes to Santa Monica or the Venice Boardwalk 30 minutes to Hollywood downtown L.A. and Malibu 45 minutes to Disneyland Knotts Berry Farm or Universal Studios and a 90 minute ferry ride to Catalina Island. Our recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath quaint beach retreat has all the amenities you need to settle right in and feel right at home. With a total of 1000 sq ft this lower floor unit can comfortably accommodate a large family (or 2 small families ) or 2 or 3 couples. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and all the cookware you need to prepare a family meal or a gourmet feast with bar seating for 3 bistro table for 6 or dine al fresco on the tropical lanai. Enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset from the comfortable tropical lanai filled with tiki furniture tiki bar heat lamp succulent garden and a BBQ. After a long peaceful day at the beach relax in front of the 2 flat screen TV s one in the living room (55 with DVD CD surround sound and Ipod dock) and one in the master bedroom (42 ). Sleep peacefully to the sound of the ocean waves. When it s time to settle in for the evening choose from the master bedroom suite with a queen bed full size sofa sleeper and private bathroom or the tropical room with a queen bed. There is an additional full size sofa sleeper in the living room (both sofa sleepers have upgraded slumber air mattress system). Both bedrooms have new mattresses 4 mattress toppers and high quality thread count linens plus ipod clock radios. There is an ample supply of fluffy bath and beach towels beach chairs boogie boards and off street parking for 1 car for your convenience. Internet Wi-Fi and unlimited local and long distance calling are also available.
