Seaking roommate all bills included in rent

Single mom looking for a roommate. I live in a 4 bedroom 2 bath home on 9th St in Lake Charles huge fenced in yard with 2 storage sheds. I currently live alone with my autistic 9 yr old son and an almost adult daughter that stays off and on. We have a cat and dog both fixed and very friendly. The dog is a medium size and is a trained service animal for my son. Rent is 450 and a small deposit of 150 incase of damage. The rent includes all bills wifi and extended basic cable but you must supply your food prepare your own meals and clean up after yourself. I have a working dishwasher to make things easier. I have a washer and dryer in an outside building right off of the house. Bathroom has no shower only bath tub. Looking to rent for at least 6 months. With in walking distance of several places to dine out and less than 5 min from I210. Near Legion and Hwy 14. No smoking in the house but I have a covered carport with seating and ashtrays for smokers. If you want more info contact me.
