Hi my name is Kirsty. I m 24 and a recent Butler Graduate with my degree in Elementary Education. While studying at Butler I ve had the opportunity to guide and mentor students in the classroom for the past 3 years. Alongside this I ve had the pleasure to direct and oversee creative and educational play for 2 of my nieces on weekends and during school holidays both little girls are age 4 and 5. I have also babysat for a 1 yr old child overnight on a weekly basis. Over the last few years I ve worked primarily with younger children but I love kids of all ages. I like to keep the children engaged by playing outside doing homework reading playing games or creating crafts. I m currently Red Cross 1st Aid and CRP certified as I have worked as a Lead Building Supervisor at the Butler Health and Recreation Complex for the past 4 yrs. Within this job role I was awarded employee of the year in both 2012 and 2013. Outside of my job I like to run keep fit and go to dinner with friends....
