The bathroom is a shared facility with myself and the other two MALE roommates only .... 1 room is a 10 x10 North facing room to the main street with a 5 8 closet recently painted with ceiling fan and crown molding this one is 500.00. The second room is larger 12 x12 with a 6 closet and a east view of the street this room is 550.00. both rooms have larger street facing bay windows. The home has central air& heating. You will have kitchen and dining room table privileges. WIFI and cable ready (no standard cable just antenna) there is no laundry facilities and only street parking.
