Styleout Inc. is seeking the leadership of an experienced and dedicated Salon Business Director. In this challenging but rewarding role you will provide direct supervision and motivation to employees and Store Managers while exercising control over all operational issues. The Salon Business Director will mainly focus on enhancing in-salon sales functions promoting and stimulating its development and overall sales growth. THE SALON BUSINESS DIRECTOR WILL BE Maximizing sales Completing recruitment training and performance evaluations with help of HR team. Protecting company assets Maintaining and controlling financial expenses. Monitoring Daily Sales and monthly budget. Supervising all Styleout stores JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As the Salon Business Director you will execute all company guidelines procedures and policies and constructively enforce them. You will also develop and maintain effective lines of communication with customers as well as salon personnel. It is also your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal state and local laws which govern salon operations. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Selecting and approving all sales candidates with help of HR Team. Training evaluating and supervising staff. Daily monitoring of associates sales and guiding their efforts to higher levels. Certifying that an adequate stock of supplies and merchandise are available Verifying daily operational routines such as salon sanitation and cleanliness. Maintain and control pay roll expenses as well as schedules of each stores. Prepare Sales Target and should lead the team to achieve those sales goal. Maintain and track store products inventory and store supply. Maintain Salon Booker of each Styleout and report sales cash and deposit discrepancy. Coordinate with marketing team to implement the best marketing strategy. Coordinate with HR team for hiring and training process. Conduct events on store vise to improve business. JOB REQUIREMENTS Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills coupled with professional demeanor and conduct. Bachelor s degree with an emphasis in Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5 years of sales operational management experience in a beauty salon Managerial Cosmetology License.
