We are looking for local area property preservation contractors meeting the following requirements MUST be responsible and work to meet all deadlines Experience in property preservation service preferred Should have Appropriate business insurance coverage (Liability Workmen s Comp and E& O) Basic computer skills required Have the equipment to perform the following assignments at least lawn care and snow removal (depends on season) securing works( change locks install lock boxes and padlocks with appropriate configuration (depends on requirements)) board windows and doors and openings tarp the roof and reapers handle winterizations debris removal and trash outs give estimates for repairs. Have digital camera with ability to imprint date computer and cell phone (for uploading photos and documenting work) Must have a professional manner and have a professional appearance must be detail oriented reliable and organized.
