Maintenance Technician

Main Purpose of the Job To perform maintenance and assist with installation of proprietary ALPLA equipment (e.g. Extrusion Blow Molding machines Stretch Blow Molding machines Injection Molding machines packaging systems automated palletizers) and general facility maintenance. Main Responsibilities Maintains molding and all support equipment Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment. Troubleshoot electrical hydraulic and mechanical issues on Industrial equipment. Performs electrical mechanical lay out and modifications to industrial equipment Assists with machine installations Performs all Maintenance troubleshooting and repair duties on industrial equipment independently Provides training and assistance to all employees Education Experience Apprenticeship electrical mechanical or 2 year technical degree plus Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar industry Qualification Skills Very good organizational skills Performing a skilled level of maintenance activities which is sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed above ALPLA is a leader in technology in Plastic Bottle manufacturing offering our clients innovative products at the highest quality level.
