Small 3 unit apartment building needs neighborhood person living close by walking or bike riding to our building. Need 1... Sweeping exterior walk way dusting interior hall and cleaning stair carpets. 2...Watering plants minor weeding and general upkeep. Prefer someone living close by who can come over twice a week on days of your choice as long as there are at least two days seperation between days you sweep and water plants...this is meant to be a regular and ongoing long term job.
