Excel Temporary service is hiring for a Financial Controller.This will be a DIRECT HIRE.Job DescriptionExcel Temporary Service is currently recruiting for an Experienced Financial Controller in East St Louis IL The financial controller will oversee financial activities and personnel as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Candidates that will fit this position best will have 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.Oversee and coordinate all financial activities and personnel Set controls and budgets to mitigate risk and increase return on investments Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques Conduct internal audits to assess financial status Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Serve as primary contact for external auditors and bankers Manage payroll accounts payable and accounts receivable Act as secondary office manager as needed Qualifications Previous experience in accounting management or other related fields CPA preferred Must have at minimum a BA in Accounting Finance Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Strong leadership qualities Strong relationship building skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deadline and detail-oriented If you are interested in this position and meet the qualifications please submit your resume for consideration to daphne.exceltemps(at)aol.comThank you Job Type Full-timeSalary 85 000.00 to 100 000.00 year
