Minimum Experience 5 years construction management experience in commercial field or a combined education work experience. Responsibilities Manage all project operations ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.Coordinate all submittals pricing owner architect RFI s billing material orders and project close out documents. Meet with Superintendent and field personnel regularly to monitor projects. Must have working knowledge of blueprints specifications and building codes. Education College degree in architecture construction management or applicable construction field or combined education or work experience.
