RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for leading and developing all faucets of the Continuous Improvement function. Ensure the facility implements and maintains the company performance system in all production areas. Facilitate all improvement projects relating to safety quality and productivity. Responsible for reduction in customer complaints and product waste and an improvement in overall production through-put and efficiency May be required to manage multiple projects at a time. On occasion work in-conjunction with customers suppliers and all levels of management on various continuous improvement projects. Responsible for all documentation and recordkeeping that relates to any continuous improvement or related project. May be required to work all shifts from time-to-time. Comply with all safety health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in business or a related field required. 5 years experience in the Continuous Improvement (lean manufacturing) function Knowledge in MS Office Suite SAP EzLabor Preferred Qualifications Food industry experience Experience with GMPs HACCP SQF and 5S Green Belt or Black Belt certification MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
