Job description 1.Good computer knowledge. 2.Excellent typing skills. 3. Maintains fax machines assists users sends faxes and retrieves and routes incoming faxes.. 4. Must be able to attend office calls. 5. Knowledge on MS Excell word power point etc. 6. Answers incoming telephone calls determines purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department. 7.Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address directions etc. 8.Takes payments for services and products. 9.Prepares travel vouchers. 10.Creates and prints fax cover sheets memos correspondence reports and other documents. 11.Performs other clerical duties such as filing photocopying and collating. 12.Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. 13.Call persons waiting for visitor . 14.Ensure reception area is tidy. 15.Coordinate mail flow in and out of office. 16.Coordinate office activities. 17.Handle phone calls. 18.Hand out employee applications. 19.Perform basic bookkeeping filing and clerical duties. 20.Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
