Reporting to the Production Manager this position is responsible for supervising a laborer crew on a day shift basis to achieve the goals of the Production department. _Responsibilities_ - Ensure Plant and Company objectives are met - Proactively manage health & safety of employees to continuously improve the company s health & safety performance _Skills and Requirements _ - This position typically works day shift five days per week 8-10 hours per day but weekend work is also likely from time to time given operational needs as well as occasional swing or night shift requirements as the business needs dictate. - Proficiency in scheduling software such as Kronos timekeeping software. _Schedule_ - Ensure plant operation within environmental regulations and limits. - Housekeeping of entire plant field supervision and trouble-shooting production maintenance issues leading to housekeeping cleanliness issues.
