Tsui Hang Village Restaurant is currently recruiting Chinese Cuisine Cook Dim Sum Cook (Multiple Vacancy) 1193 Granville Street Vancouver BC V6Z 1M1 Position Requirement - Minimum 3 years of Chinese Cuisine Dim Sum cooking experience - Skills in traditional Chinese Cuisine Dim Sum - High school education - Able to work on shifts including weekends and holidays - Able to work independently - Clean responsible hard-working and punctual Job Description - Cook Chinese Cuisine dishes Dim Sum - Creation of new menus Dim Sum and special set menus to attract new customers - Ensure quality of food - Help to train junior kitchen staff - Assign duties to junior kitchen staff - Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment - Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer etc.) - Ensure the Kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized.
