GRILL MEAT PREP Cooks and prepare food following kitchen production charts making sure that procedures and recipes are followed. You will cook the chicken chicken breast ribs wings and others following Pollo Tropical procedures in the recipe manual. You will follow the chicken production chart and place the correct number of chicken on the grill far enough in advance to meet sales projections. You will marinate and bake oven the chicken. Marinate chicken breast and prep plantains and pork. You will receive merchandise inspect products and stock items using the day dot and FIFO. You will maintain the back of the house and keep the walk in cooler clean and organized In addition you will maintain the grill area in a clean sanitary and organized manner. Knowledge Skills and Abilities 1. must have the knowledge to receive and respond promptly to requests orders and instructions. 2. Must know how to communicate with customers and coworkers. 3. Must know how to comprehend and appropriately reacts to others. 4. Must know how to perform multiple tasks. 5. Must have the knowledge to adjust to changing assignments. 6. Must have the knowledge to maintain productivity composure and a pleasant attitude under pressure. 7. Will be required to understand English. 8. Will be required to be available to work weekends.
