Savor Detroit - The Silver Spoon and Torino

Hour Detroit magazine s Savor Detroit is a five-night dinner series featuring custom menus developed by the city s most celebrated chefs. On Monday Ocotber 6 enjoy a one-of-a-kind four-course meal complete with thoughtfully selected wine pairings prepared by this evening s featured chef duo Executive Chef Daniele Dell Acqua from The Silver Spoon and Executive Chef Garrett Lipar from Torino. Please note that menus will not be published in advance and chefs will be unable to make modifications to their dishes. Guests will also enjoy a cocktail hour featuring mixologists from The Sugar House from 6-7pm light appetizers live entertainment and unique art installations by local photographer Jenny Risher for the ultimate culinary experience. Risher will sign copies of her book Heart Soul Detroit for guests at Savor Detroit and a silent auction of her work will benefit Gleaners.
