Concrete foreman

Full-time Part-time concrete foreman compensation based on experience. Must show strong aptitude in client and business acumen. Be detail oriented & well organized. Demonstrate ability to exercise proper judgment. Have strong problem solving skills. Must have good work experience and refrences. Essential functions Ensure proper sub-grades prior to placement of concrete. Building and setting forms to proper elevations for concrete slabs curbs & walls. Installation of concrete reinforcing (horizontal & vertical) wire & re-bar. Place and finish concrete broom finish and slick finish. Patching & rubbing. Knowledge of concrete admixtures. Use hand tools (bull float trowel) operate trowel machine. Clean & maintain equipment. Fill out and turn in daily logs time and receipts on a daily basis. Perform all miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Manage a crew of 2 - 10.
