Also included are a complete walkthrough of ceremony and reception sites at least two weeks prior to your wedding confirmation of all vendor contract details and arrival times one week and one day prior to your wedding ensuring copies of all contract are accounted for and signed vendors will be contacting us instead of you for the week prior to your wedding creation of a list of Yet to Dos for the Bride and Groom creation of timeline for Bridal Party and Family rehearsal coordination in cooperation with the Officiant Ensure everyone knows where to be and what time to be there (vendors and Bridal Party) set up of unity candles and aisle runners etc. distribution of flowers bouques corsages and boutonnieres answer guest questions as needed resolve any problems that arise deliver gifts and remaining ceremony and reception items to designated areas guest and bridal party transportation assistance assistance with Bridal Party jewelry design and creation and post wedding brunch coordination.
