Requirements Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Professional and articulate phone voice and behavior and great follow-up ability Ability to become proficient on systems used to manage customer appointments navigating within systems and updating information with a high degree of accuracy while assisting customers on the phone Ability to handle a high volume of calls while providing quality service to each caller Strong work ethic self-motivated results-oriented team-player Must be able to adjust to periodic schedule changes Responsibilities Answer incoming calls Assisting car shoppers in booking appointments to visit our car dealership Calling existing prospects to follow up with their internet and or telephone inquiries about purchasing a vehicle Compensation All positions available have competitive wages and incentive bonuses.
